Your health and the health of our staff are a priority. In light of the risks posed by the coronavirus, we unfortunately have to adjust our consultation hours daily to the new situation.
Please check our answering machine for the latest consultation hours.

For your protection and ours, in addition to the regular strict hygiene guidelines, we are currently implementing enhanced measures:

• Disinfection of door handles, reception counters, and other areas
• Regular thorough ventilation
• Adjusted scheduling to reduce the number of patients in the waiting room and shorten waiting times

Precautionary measures: What you should keep in mind

To help contain the further spread of the coronavirus together, we kindly ask you to follow these behavioral rules in our practice:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with water and soap.
• Come to the practice alone whenever possible. We ask accompanying persons to wait outside the practice, e.g., in the car. We will be happy to inform you about the treatment status by phone.
• We will temporarily refrain from handshakes and instead greet you with a smile. This is not meant to be impolite but rather cautious.

If you suspect an infection: Contact us by phone

For your protection and ours, please contact us by phone only first if you suspect an infection. For example, if you have been in contact with someone diagnosed with the coronavirus or if you have recently been in one of the risk areas. This also applies if you already have an appointment with us. We will work with you to find a new appointment at a later date.

Additionally, if you suspect an infection, we recommend that you contact your general practitioner by phone or, outside their consultation hours, call the nationwide medical on-call service at 116 117.
